Orders & Shipping
- How do I place an order? You can place an order by browsing our online store, selecting the desired items, and adding them to your cart. Once you're ready, click on the cart icon and follow the checkout process.

- Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at sales@alphapyrex.shop within 4 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
- What should I do if I have received the wrong item/ have missing items? If you have received the wrong item/ have missing items please email us at sales@alphapyrex.shop immediately and we will resolve it
